Do you give discounts?

I do offer discounts for individual therapy when I have availability in my schedule for people who are undergoing financial difficulties. If I do not currently have availability, I will put you on a waiting list.

How do I pay?

I will ask you to make payment before each session via bank transfer to my French bank account. Please allow for the time of transfer if the money is coming from abroad.

What happens if I cancel a session?

I ask for 48 hours' notice for cancellations, otherwise I am afraid I need to charge you the full amount. Obviously I make allowances for last minute illness or family illness.

How does an online session work?

I send you an invitation just before our session from Zoom or Google Meet (you can choose). You will need a good internet connection.

What happens if there is a technical problem?

If either internet connection fails, I ask you to be ready with a phone number. I find phone therapy works just as well as online therapy, and several of my clients prefer it.
